Fred Hamer Funeral Services provide funeral vehicles throughout Rossendale, Bury, Bolton, Burnley, Nelson, and Greater Manchester.

From its operational base at Cedar Lodge, Rawtenstall, the firm runs one of the largest fleets of Mercedes and Rolls Royce ceremonial vehicles in the area. In addition to serving their own funerals these vehicles are also made available to other firms who don’t have vehicles of their own.

We know how important it is to transport the deceased with dignity, and to ensure that family and friends travel in style. For this reason, we offer both traditional and more unconventional funeral car options.

Our matching Mercedes Benz hearses and limousines are finished in traditional black and are immaculately presented. Limousines can carry six passengers, so family members can travel together in comfort. 

If you or a family member needs a more accessible vehicle – our VW Caddy has space for a wheelchair user and comfortably seats an additional three passengers. Finished in black, and immaculately presented, it retains the same dignity and style as our other funeral limousines.
