A direct cremation is available to offer a simple yet dignified option.

This would be unattended and carried out by our professional and caring staff. This can enable families to decide upon their own tributes individually and in their own time.

The provision of Funeral Directors Services:

• Collection of your loved one within a 20-mile radius day or night
• The personal and professional services of a funeral director, including attending to all necessary funeral arrangements, advice on the certification and registration of death, care and support as needed. 24-hour funeral director telephone support and guidance.
• Care of the deceased prior to cremation (embalming not included)
• A simple oak finish coffin suitable for cremation with fittings and a basic white gown. 
• Provision of a suitable vehicle for transfer to crematorium at a time and date of our choosing

Disbursements included:

• Unattended cremation fee
• Scattering of ashes at crematorium

Cost of Direct Cremation £1595.00

The above price excludes the following:

• Removal of pacemaker if required – £95.00
• Collection and delivery of ashes – within a 20-mile radius free of charge.
  Additional mileage charged at £1.75 per mile
• Scatter tube from £35.00   Ashes casket from £75.00
• Additional mileage per mile (above the 20-mile radius) – £1.75 per mile

Please note the following restrictions:

• The funeral director chooses the date and time of the funeral and location of crematorium
• No mourners are able to attend the cremation
• No additional disbursements other than those listed above can be added
• No use of the chapel of rest for viewing

A minimum deposit of £1595.00 must be paid 48 hours prior to the funeral taking place
