A direct cremation is available to offer a simple yet dignified option.

This would be unattended and carried out by our professional and caring staff. This can enable families to decide upon their own tributes individually and in their own time.

The provision of Funeral Directors Services:

• Collection of your loved one within a 20-mile radius day or night
• A designated funeral director / arranger to personally oversee the funeral arrangements and to provide support
• Attending to all necessary arrangements during normal office hours with access to 24-hour professional advice
• Provision of a simple coffin suitable for cremation – closed coffin
• Provision of a suitable vehicle for transfer to crematorium at a time and date of our choosing

Disbursements included:

• Unattended cremation fee
• Scattering of ashes at crematorium

Cost of Direct Cremation £1495.00

The above price excludes the following:

• Doctors’ fees – as at today’s date there is only one fee payable of – £82.00
• Removal of pacemaker if required – £95.00
• Collection and delivery of ashes – within a 20-mile radius free of charge.
  Additional mileage charged at £1.50 per mile

Please note the following restrictions:

• The funeral director chooses the date and time of the funeral and location of crematorium
• No mourners are able to attend the cremation
• No additional services or disbursements can be added
• No use of the chapel of rest

A minimum deposit of £1495.00 must be paid 48 hours prior to the funeral taking place
