After the funeral
Ongoing support is what you can expect from us, even after the funeral.
We will be on hand to offer help, sympathy, and advice whenever you need it.
It may be that you struggle to come to terms with the loss of your loved one, this is not uncommon β everyone grieves in different ways, for different lengths of time. This is why we offer a professional bereavement counselling service as part of our service. We can also advise on other sources of support in the local area.
We are more than happy to create and arrange the obituary and acknowledgements notice for you.
The obituary notice is an opportunity to not only announce the death and funeral details, but also for you to pay tribute to your loved one, perhaps by including a verse. We will place this in a local or national newspaper, but if the person who has passed away has lived in another town or city, you may choose to place a notice in other local newspapers.
An acknowledgement notice can be used to publicly thank the people who have supported and assisted you at this difficult time.
We can also offer practical advice on things like scattering ashes and headstone maintenance.

The law
The death of a loved one can often bring up a legal task or two that need to be taken care of. We can guide you through any responsibilities that fall to you and direct you toward local experts who can answer any more complex questions and offer specialist advice.
